住客点评已经是Booking的顶级客户，全世界走南闯北，住过无数酒店，很少写评论。这次回到家乡。住过家乡的富力等一众酒店，皇冠不是设施最好的，但深觉皇冠很是上心地在做酒店，服务热情周到，尤其大堂服务者，每次进出都主动提出帮助拎重物。酒店性价比高，安静舒适，电梯方便从来不拥挤也不用等。并配有游泳池和健身房。如果开车过来的话，位置也不是问题。

As a top-tier Booking.com customer, I have traveled extensively around the world and stayed in countless hotels, yet I rarely write reviews. On this trip back to my hometown, I stayed at several local properties—including the R&F—and while the Crowne Plaza may not have the absolute best facilities, it is clear that the hotel is managed with genuine care and dedication. The service is warm and attentive; the lobby staff, in particular, would proactively offer to help carry heavy items whenever I entered or left. The hotel offers great value for money and provides a quiet, comfortable environment. The elevators are convenient—never crowded and requiring no wait—and the property includes a swimming pool and gym. Location is also not an issue if you are driving.
